Wendy’s PR Info
October 2, 2011
As promised, the race gave most people a chance to run fast. For the boys, 36 of 42 people got new PR’s. For the girls, 23 out of 32 runners improved their PR’s. On both teams, 18 people PR’d by more than a minute.
This post lists people by the amount they improved their PR. Obviously people who are already fast are at a disadvantage there; and it is how fast you run, not how much you improve, that counts in a race. But there are plenty of places where people get recognized for being the fastest, and the only way to get there is by improving, so that is what gets recognized here.
